It is with a bit of a heavy heart to report that one of the the best R&B singers of the 1990's & 2000's has left passed away at the age of 51, due to pancreatic cancer in New York City. He was best known for his debut album Brown Sugar and the follow up Voodoo, with hit songs Lady, Brown Sugar, Untitled (How Does It Feel. He also did a great cover of Earth, Wind & Fire's Can't Hide Love from his live performance in London at The Jazz Cafe. R.I.P. D'Angelo

It has been a pleasure to bring you all, the best in Smooth Jazz, Smooth R&B, & Classic Soul; as well as other genres that definitely define the very essence of Smooth. I would like to thank all my listeners for their participation in making this a great show. I would like to thank my mentors D.j.
