It is with great sadness that we pass along the news of the loss of one of our own. His contribution to our newspaper, classroom and department as a whole will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace, Guy. We are lucky to have known you.

If you have any memories of Guy, please share. We will be working on a story honoring his life.

Guy D. Folger, 81, of McAlester, died Sunday, August 18, 2019 in Muskogee. The family will greet friends from 600 to 800 p.m. Monday at Bishop Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 1100 a.m. Tuesday at Bishop Chapel of Memories. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery
