Today, Provolone's wait finally came to an end! 🐶
After 333 days at the shelter, Provolone headed off to his forever home with a family that truly saw him for who he is.
When Provolone first arrived at our shelter at just 9 months old, the world was a scary place. Like many dogs, he needed time, patience, and understanding to learn that people could be trusted. He came with a few quirks, and his adopters didn't shy away from them—they embraced them.
They visited him multiple times, allowing him to get comfortable at his OWN pace. They took the time to understand his personality, his needs, and the journey he's been on. They knew that trust isn't built overnight, and they were committed before they ever walked out the door with him.
Sometimes the best things in life take a little longer. Some dogs just need extra time to open their hearts.
Today, Provolone found the people who were willing to wait for him 💞
Thank you to everyone who loved him, cheered him on, and believed his day would come. And to his new family—thank you for giving this incredible boy the patience, love, and forever he deserves. ☺️❤️
