According to a complaint filed in federal court, employees of North Country Healthcare, Inc. allege their employer did not pay the health insurance premiums to their medical benefits provider since January 2025, leading to denied medical claims and “significant liability for medical expenses” for employees, a dozen plaintiffs claim.
