It’s Wellness Wednesday! 🥗💜✨ One of the highlights of Fit for the Kingdom 2 was welcoming Chef Scott of for “From The Kitchen To The Kingdom.” Doesn’t that food look GOOD?
As women of faith, we often talk about pouring into others, but it’s also important that we pour into ourselves—including through the foods we choose to fuel our bodies.
Scripture reminds us:
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?” — 1 Corinthians 6:19
Chef Scott walked us through nutritious ingredients, healthy options, and an engaging cooking demonstration on how to make delicious breakfast burritos.
We don’t have to get it “perfect.” We can make intentional choices that help us feel our best so we can continue walking in purpose.
