After more than 50 years in operation, Bacon Street Youth and Family Services has permanently closed due to a lack of funding. The nonprofit organization’s last day providing services was Friday.

Bacon Street Youth and Family Services has been helping teens and young adults struggling with mental health challenges and substance abuse issues and their families since 1971.
