Today - as I prepare for Thanksgiving- I pause with a heart wide open to the seen and unseen. I offer my deepest gratitude for the loving presence of Spirit that walks beside us, guides us, and reminds us that we are never alone!!

I give thanks for the whispers of wisdom , the gentle nudges that encourage us forward, and for the threads of connection that weave our lives together across time- distance- and realms!

May we always remember Love never dies wisdom within seekers - it transforms, expands , and continues to embrace us in ways both subtle and profound!! much love and gratitude!

Life changing lessons that will enrich your years and speak to your soul!
Intuition is a sense of knowing, but you have to trust to know its real! The best way to learn how to count on your intuition is to try it!
Choose a situation- work- love- finances- where you tend to not make the best choices . then one day use your intuition as a guide. Ask your gut questions during mediation or thru out your day or follow your impulses.
You can also just ask a question and then shuffle thru possible outcomes. and see - feel- which sparks the strongest sense of knowing.
Spirit will send you subtle cues that your on the right track. then take everything you know and combine it with your intuition to determine how to make your next move!!

Today, take a moment to step outside into the crisp fall air, breathe deeply, and pause at the top of your breath before releasing. Repeat this process three times, then ask yourself -
What are you noticing?
What insights are you ready to acknowledge, even if they challenge your current perspective?
Trust that you possess the wisdom to navigate this moment with courage, clarity, and confidence for your highest good!
