Real talk: this time of year can really suck for us humans who've lost our favorite people and/or animal pals.

Platitudes are offered by the living, people who couldn't possibly understand YOUR grief.

While I also can't possibly understand the intricacies of YOUR grief...

(because dammit, we have absolutely NO way of knowing how someone else is feeling. EVER.)

I do understand MY grief. It's broken me, crippled me from living my fullest life, and changed me forever.

BUT there's one thing that I KNOW from the top, middle, and bottom of my heart. The thing that can help in a profoundly different way than therapy, than trying to process through the stages of grief, than numbing and detaching....is...

receiving evidence...verification...communication... 🌟

Knowing that your loved ones are still with you, rooting for you, guiding you, communicating with you, LOVING you. 💞

Having a mediumship reading is one of those life-changing moments, where you can finally breathe again.

You can finally smile on the inside again.

You can finally put one foot in front of the other and progress to a new way of thinking, feeling, and DOING.

There's no better feeling after being suspended in a perpetual state of grief, paralyzed by oscillating states of depression and anger.
