÷÷÷÷÷Perspective shift & energy hack÷÷÷÷÷

Feeling thankful for your life IS the quickest way to shift your resonance/vibration. An energy healer taught me that as soon as you wake, pay attention to your mood/emotions. This tends to be your baseline.

When you view your situation through a lens of love/gratitude/appreciation, you create a whole different experience for yourself.

⬇️Let's do an exercise right in this moment.⬇️

Put your hand on heart/chest area. Breath into the feeling of love & gratitude for a few moments. Now look around and name or mentally focus on 10 things and thank it. No need for deep thought.

I'll give you a example in real time:

●Thank you clouds for giving me cover.
●Thank you Mitty (outdoor cat) for bringing
me joy.
●Thank you Spirit for always protecting me.
●Thank you lavender plant for the crop.
●Thank you solitude for teaching me how to
love myself.

Etc...

You get the idea. This isn't about just naming it. Its about feeling what you're naming. Express genuine appreciation for life always meeting you where you are.

Adverse life experiences are teaching points. They are invitations into learning deeper acceptance of self. Thank them too.

ReImagine your human experience through this lens and watch miracles and signs appear.

Embrace what you already have.
