Constant remodeling of tennis courts in Winnetka has taken its toll, and its time for a full replacement, according to park officials.

The courts will close next month during the rebuild.

The Highwood City Council last week OK'd a contentious concert hall despite an 8-1 negative recommendation from one of its advisory boards.

That decision directly led to the resignations.
