Not every shoot is a home. 📸

Last month I had the opportunity to photograph this stunning 2018 Ferrari 488 Spider at Fort Fisher, NC for a client. The combination of the coastal scenery and Ferrari's iconic design made for an incredible session.

These images were captured with my Sony A7III, using Sony G Master 24-70mm and 16-35mm lenses to bring out every curve, detail, and reflection.

While I shoot a lot for real estate and providevideo production services, I'm a huge car enthusiast.

From Construction Site to Listing Ready

Every new construction home reaches a point where it's ready to be photographed, even though a few finishing touches may still be underway.

For these recent listings, one house were nearly complete, but there were a few temporary construction items, paint touch-ups, materials, and job site clutter, that would be finished before the home was delivered.

The other house was not ready for pictures, so I had to remove the clutter from the photo.

My goal is to present the property the way buyers will experience it once construction is complete, while keeping the images professional and focused on the home's craftsmanship and design.

Here are a couple of before-and-after examples from recent projects.

80% Built, 100% Vision — Finishing the Unfinished with AI Photography & Video 🏡✨

This was one of the most challenging projects I've ever taken on as a real estate photographer. The home was approximately 80% complete, missing hardware, appliances, balcony rails, and a pool. Well, the pool was there, just not completed. The client needed it marketed yesterday.

You're probably thinking, "It's AI, so what?" This statement is true, but integrating the unfinished elements with AI required additional effort, including masking. Take a look!
