From the bottom of our feral hearts. Thank you to everyone who came out tonight to support our local educators. Playing music is why we are here. Raising some cash for the ones who deserve it is who we want to be. It was an honor to have everyone who came feel the same way.
Thanks to Joe and the Eagles Dare along with their amazing staff for the venue, thanks to Mike G along with Rocket 77 and Port City Blitz for playing and bringing a primo backline, thanks to JAWS PITTS for having their second ever show for this event, our good friends in Overton for making the trip and playing a fantastic set and Austin Glover for closing things out.
All together we did a good thing today. Feel good about it.

Today is it!
Doors open at 4pm
Show starts at 4:30!

Admission is $10 at the door, or just $5 with a donation (at the door) of one of the
following much-needed school supplies:
Hand sanitizer
Sanitizing wipes
Band-Aids
Pencils
***1 raffle ticket given per admission at door.

Proceeds from the benefit concert will go directly to the New Hanover County Association of Educators, helping support the organization's work on behalf of educators and public education in New Hanover County. Collected school supplies will be distributed to schools in need throughout the county.

Special thanks to The Eagles Dare for opening on Labor Day and giving us their venue and also to Austin Glover, JAWS PITTS, Rocket 77, and Overton for donating their Labor Day to raising money for our local educators.

We are 1 week out from the Rise For Teachers benefit at Eagles Dare.
We'd like to thank everyone for the messages wanting to know how to donate supplies and even to just know how to help out. This is what it's all about. Love, Community, and support.

We couldn't think of a better way to spend a Labor Day. Loud Punk Rock and great people supporting these amazing educators.

First reminder is about drop off locations for the supplies requested by our friends at the NHCAE as well as the show itself.

A group of Wilmington-area musicians is using the stage to help local teachers stock their classrooms.

The “Rise for Teachers” benefit concert is set for Labor Day at Eagles Dare, with proceeds and donated school supplies going toward educators and students in New Hanover County.
