13 months ago, I became a mom and somehow also became stronger, softer, more exhausted, more grateful, and more stretched than I ever knew possible. 🤍

13 months of countless lessons, endless love, and so much grace from God along the way.

“Jesus came and stood among them and said, ‘Peace be with you!” John 20:19

And today, I’m also thinking about the women who step into motherhood in all the ways love allows! Bonus moms, stepmoms, guardians, mentors, caregivers. You do not have to be biological to be life-changing to a child.

Happy Mother’s Day to every woman showing up with love, sacrifice, patience, and care. We’re doing better than we think. 💐
