This Kriwan Bluetooth tool saved us some serious time today!
We had a “Compressor Trip” on Circuit 1, which runs three compressors. The human interface doesn’t communicate with the protection modules—so no easy way to tell which one tripped.

After a bit of a struggle connecting to the Kriwan tool, it came through and pinpointed the exact compressor module with the issue. Super helpful for fast diagnostics on complex systems. 💡🔧

Fired up our first systems with R454B refrigerant today! 💪 27.5-ton Trane Voyager 3 RTUs—straight AC, no heat. With the 50°F outside temp, we had to get creative to run them in cooling, but everything went super smooth! Excited for what’s ahead! 🔧❄️

If you’ve ever done any research on the proper way of greasing motor bearings and pillow block bearings, it seems to be a rabbit hole. There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to which grease to use. Here is a list of compatible greases directly from a manufacturer. I keep two grease guns on my van. One for motors and one for pillow block bearings. The worst thing you could do is mix greases!

I’m on call this weekend so I figured I’d learn a little Symbio 700. Playing around with the Symbio Bluetooth app and Trane TU. The App is definitely a lot easier to set these up with. TU allows you do do a little more though.
