I had completely forgotten about this... Dad and his bandmates played at Party In The Park in Racine, Ohio in September of 2017 and I did a video about it. And I just re-edited it because I think it’s really wonderful that I have this footage and the ability to tell this story. And I have so many more that I found as well

I most definitely wanted to share this first from Secret Dreams Music & Arts Festival because this is the reason I was there. rmr.arts brought me along to get coverage of The Living Room Art Lounge installation that her and Robb Hassler have built and are taking across the country to festivals

I wanted to get a video clip of us all sitting together, but some people walked up to talk to Rachel Rowse and I did what I always do and pivoted to something silly. I’m not sure why I’m like this, but at least I’m fun? tee hee

Big thanks to Stewart Price and Jesi V. Lundy for all the hard work and help. The Pigment Sanctuary really looked incredible at this festival and The Lounge was a magical addition for people to relax, meet, regroup, recharge, and experience

Age Of Eve by Brittany Yearion was so, so cool last weekend. I had planned on attending the gallery event before I met Brittany, but then she asked me to come and cover this for her. An honor and a privilege and an absolute pleasure to be involved with such a well planned, thought out, and executed event. Great job to all involved, especially for bringing so many amazing paintings to life for this. Thank you again for having me! Art is not optional tee hee

When I was home visiting a couple of weeks ago, I had a conversation with my dad about a song I knew he was involved with many years ago. Long story short, this is the original vinyl of “Meigs County Welfare Blues” that was number one on some chart in 1972 in Southern Ohio. To the best of my knowledge, dad was involved with this project from start to finish

I got to play the vinyl on my mom’s record player in my childhood home and record it while I was there. This was one of those small personal projects that I know will mean a lot down the road and something that I know I’m going to cherish

The biggest little store you ever saw. This is one of my favorite videos that I have ever made…

I went to go share this video with somebody the other day and I realized I never uploaded it to instagram because it is “too long” and not the correct format for this platform. And then I remembered that I don’t care about the algorithm and that I want to tell stories that matter to me regardless

So… if you’ve never been to Eagle Island Fruit and Seafood, you should go. Until then watch this 😝😝😝
