Nutrition is super important to physical and emotional well being. Not only have I spent time teaching my own children about nutrition AND how to cook, we have spent hundreds of hours TOGETHER growing our own food, packing snack and breakfast bags, freezing meals, and delivering meals to those in need. Baked chicken and gravy seems to be the biggest request. We also value sitting down to a meal TOGETHER. I also challenge myself to learn to cook a new recipe once a month. Love starts at home and reaches beyond. I grew up without the luxury of a good meal everyday or a meal at all.
