Delaware Seniors: Make sure to check your eligibility for BOTH senior tax credits. Many seniors may only be getting the "Senior School Property Tax Credit" but there is also a “ELDERLY” Exemptions for Residents Age 65+ Credit" and it's pretty confusing as the income level EXCLUDES social security.

🚨 New Castle County homeowners🚨
If your school tax bill jumped more than $300 this year, you may qualify to have your bill split into three separate payments. Many residents do not know this option even exists or how to go about requesting it. 🏡💡
