And this is FREE ENTRY, no tickets necessary. You need only bring some comfortable shoes, a bombass outfit, and your beautiful face. We’ll take care of the rest.

December 4th. Thank You, Hayao.

I plan on taking a break from music for the month of December and focusing on catching up on reading some of the books I’ve got piling up so I thought I would leave you guys with a little something. This is my dedication to the works of director Hayao Miyazaki. He’s a founder of Studio Ghibli and has directed such films as Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Castle In The Sky and others. Over the course of the last few years, I’ve gotten to familiarize myself with more of his works and have loved each and every one of them. Incredible films from this visionary director. As a token of appreciation, I decided to flip some of the scores of some of my favorite films of his. This is the result. “Thank You, Hayao” is a beat tape I’ve been sitting on for a long time and it’s only right it finally sees the light of day this year. So yeah, check for that when it drops on the final Bandcamp Friday of the year.
