We’re very proud to put out the second episode of DIRT with from an amazing trip this spring through the beautiful southern Louisiana. What an opportunity it is to put our expertise into a radical show all about our favorite things: adventure, food, and travel; but most importantly, we get to make a show about the people we meet. This one was a treat, so if you’re into oysters, wild hog, or crawfish; or if you’ve never experienced bufala, boudin, or the bayou; or don’t know the difference between cajun, creole, acadia or coubion… then there’s lots for you to learn from this special part of our country.
