PET OF THE WEEK - WINNIE
Winnie is a sweet young adult with a lovely tan-and-white coat and an adorable face that hints at some Basenji in her mix.
As she settles into rescue life, Winnie is taking things at her own pace and learning to trust her new surroundings. While she can be a little shy at first, her personality really begins to shine when she's around other dogs. In fact, we believe Winnie would thrive in a home with a confident canine companion or two to help her feel secure and continue building her confidence.
With patience and understanding, Winnie could blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
To meet Winnie, please fill out an application at wimberleywagrescue.org to set up a no-obligation “meet and greet.”

RECOGNIZING 40 YEARS OF CRAFTING WITH LOVE

The nonprofit will celebrate its 40-year anniversary on June 25 at its iconic location at 116 Wimberley Square, with refreshments, music by the Treblemakers and the unveiling of a new mural by Theresa Vincent.

However, when the fourth falls on a weekend, the parade is held on the federally observed weekday, which is Friday, on July 3 this year.”
