Although Basmati Rice is healthy, I used to not like the after taste after eating. I saw aged Basmati one day at my farmers market, tried it and I absolutely loved it and I havenβt stopped using it since.
one way I use it is combine it with Jasmine Rice when making Jollof and the taste is amazing. One I love about it is how it doesnβt make you so full after eating and the low GI after eating it moderately.
