•Educate my followers on the basic fundamentals of cocktails. While also learning about the exciting ingredients we put in them.

•Teach students my “chef at the bar” basics on how to make bitters, syrups and shrubs…aka the flavoring agents and spice rack of the bar. PS- Laughing, dancing, and singing are highly recommended while making every cocktail & dish! Follow me as we make “from scratch” and semi-scratch dishes without obsessing over recipes. And don’t forget about shaking up those no fuss craft cocktails.

A culinary education, first level Sommelier certification, and true hands on craft cocktail experience. I'm the missing link to furthering your establishment! I can help you achieve that goal you've been seeking. My projects range from both Chef Emeril's Orlando Restaurants to Wine Bar George, Master sommelier George Miliotes wine bar in Disney Springs.
