☀️In questa serata si uniscono Alessia e Jo'Han per riportare un riequilibrio nei flussi energetici del corpo con l'utilizzo di diversi strumenti:
- utilizzo di suoni naturali e voce
- movimenti armonici
- stimolazione pituitaria
rendendo la meditazione da statica a dinamica.
