CRIS Radio celebrates the launch of a new installation of StoryWalk at C**t Park in Hartford today with our partners Hartford Athletics, Hartford Public Library, and M&T Bank. We’re so excited to spend the day on the green with our amazing golfers, supporters and friends, all while raising funds for CRIS Radio, Connecticut’s only radio reading service for people who are blind or print challenged.

The 28th Annual CRIS Radio Golf Classic is happening Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, CT.

This year’s event is proudly presented by our Title Sponsors, WFSB - Channel 3 Eyewitness News and Scot Haney, WFSB Meteorologist and Co-host of Great Day Connecticut and Great Day . Scot will also be joining us as our emcee!

Registration is $175 and includes a full day of golf with a cart, a delicious barbecue lunch on the green, a grilled steak dinner, dessert, soft drinks and complimentary beer during lunch and the reception hour.

The event also features a 50/50 raffle, a called auction, and a wide range of exciting raffle prizes and experiences all in support of CRIS Radio, Connecticut’s only radio reading service for people who are blind or print challenged.
