A weekend reset in the coziest little cabin ☕️🪵🌲

I LOVE camping… well, glamping😅.. but even that can be too much when I’m in the middle of training/comp season. This is why our stay at was absolutely perfect. Everything was stocked + ready and all we had to do was pull up. The lake views were unreal (ducks included 🦆😌) and it had plenty of space for all of us with the pullout couch. The design of the A-Frame was beautiful AND functional… super comfy, quiet, and gave me the perfect chance to focus on some much needed recovery.

These cabins are basically all the best parts of camping without the hassle. There’s so many styles and layouts to choose from, so whether it’s a couples trip, girls weekend, solo reset, or even a family trip, has it all🌲🤍

I had the best time with my favorite people staying at Red Run Resort in our cozy A-Frame cabin (by ). We hung out at the campground, focused on recovery from recent comps, anddd got to train at Gravity Forge and Matt’s barn (less than an hour away for my ninja athletes reading this)!

All my favorite places and moments from 2025 🌅✈️💫

This year brought some of the most incredible experiences of my life along with it. Winning a Guinness World Record in Italy, racing the 100m in Croatia, chasing the prettiest sunsets in Barbados, and getting to compete on SASUKE in Japan (more on this soon 🙃)… plus so many more moments that I’m unbelievably grateful for.

But as amazing as this year was, the highs also came with some of the hardest seasons of my life. And it wouldn’t feel right to only share the highlights without acknowledging the lows that shaped me too. Life is never a perfect highlight reel, and more than anything else, 2025 taught me to be more grateful for the low points. The hardest seasons of life teach you more, grow you in so many ways, and make the highs that much sweeter in the end when you push through.

So here’s to a new year and endless possibilities… I’m thankful for every single one of you who’s been along for the journey🩵🎞️

The secret is finally out and I can’t WAIT to finally share that I had the honor of competing on the original ninja warrior in Tokyo, Japan… SASUKE 43‼️🇯🇵✨

The chance to compete on the very show that has paved the way for the sport I’ve dedicated so much of my life to means the absolute world to me.
