**update: we heard from Harper’s owner and they need to surrender her.
Harper is 18 pounds approximately 2 1/2 years old housetrained good with dogs and children. She is not a great fan of cats. She is very quiet and just a lovely dog.
If you were interested in a very sweet calm dog, please come visit Harper !!

This is Harper. She was previously adopted from the animal shelter and was micro chipped. She was rehomed. We are trying to locate the new owner, she is micro chipped, but the information is not correct
