The NELA Music Association is proud to recognize Northeast Delta Human Services Authority as our Presenting Sponsor for NELA Kids Got Talent and partner in the Art Is Medicine: My Music, My Mental Health initiative.
Through their commitment to behavioral health, wellness, prevention, developmental disability services, peer support, and community outreach, NEDHSA helps individuals and families throughout Northeast Louisiana access the care, support, and resources they need to thrive.

NEDHSA provides a wide range of services that support individuals and families at every stage of life, including:
🧠 Integrated Behavioral Health Services for adults and children
🤝 Peer Support Services for mental health and addiction recovery
💜 Targeted Su***de Assessment and Services
👩‍👧 Specialized addiction services and incentives for pregnant women and women with children
🌳 Developmental Disabilities Services, Medicaid Waiver Programs, and Family Support Funding
🧘 Wellness Services including grief counseling, Narcan training, yoga, mindfulness, and physical wellness activities
🛡️ Prevention programs focused on youth substance abuse prevention, parent education, underage drinking prevention, ACEs awareness, and su***de screenings

At the NELA Music Association , we believe that music and art have the power to connect, heal, inspire, and start important conversations. Together with NEDHSA, we're working to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and ensure that help and hope are available throughout our communities.
