Show up for yourself.
Show up for the people you love, and the people who love you.

In a world that refuses to slow down, where so many of us are carrying more than we say out loud, there are people who won’t always tell you when they’re going through something.

So don’t always wait to be asked.

Show up because you genuinely care.
Show up because sometimes presence is enough.
Show up in the way you would hope someone would show up for you when you’re having your own moment.

And while you’re showing up for everybody else, remember to show up for yourself, too.

Some of us aren’t hiding because we’re afraid.

We’re hiding because we’ve become comfortable carrying our gifts quietly.

But light was never created to ask permission.

It simply shines.

✨Sometimes growth-minded people accidentally move the goalpost every time they reach it.

The finish line becomes a treadmill.

You arrive and the line scoots another ten feet away.

You arrive again and it scoots again.

Eventually, you start feeling behind while actively moving forward.

That’s a strange illusion.

Maybe the next time you feel like you’re not doing enough, pause and look behind you.

You might discover you’ve come a lot farther than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.

I’m a spiritual girly. I love crystals, grounding, nature, all the peaceful earthy things… in THEORY. 🌿✨

But this spring? The bees, spiders, random flying creatures, and whatever else has claimed my backyard have made it very clear that nature and I might need boundaries. 😭 I’m feeling Spiritually connected but environmentally overwhelmed 😩😂

They got it. Respectfully. 🫶🏾

Some people dismiss what they haven’t studied, felt, experienced, or even sat quietly enough to question. But ENERGY influences human life whether someone uses spiritual language for it or not. Atmospheres shift people. Music shifts people. Words shift people. Fear shifts the body. Love shifts the body. Stress can make someone physically sick, while peace can soften an entire nervous system.

Before laughing at or criticizing certain beliefs or certain KNOWING, take time to understand energy, vibration, and frequency. Those concepts answer more questions about this planet than people realize…

And if you really want to go deeper, understand the difference between a soul and a spirit.

💫The SOUL, in some traditions, are seen as the individualized essence carrying memory, lessons, identity, evolution, experience.

💫The SPIRIT is often seen as the animating force, divine breath, the eternal current connected to Source itself.

💫Frequency & Vibration? Even outside spirituality, EVERYTHING measurable in existence carries frequency.

It annoys me that in 2026, people hear those words and immediately think “woo-woo,” like SCIENCE isn’t a real thing 🙄

Open-mindedness is powerful when balanced with grounding. 🧘🏾‍♀️

There is no reason to walk this planet disconnected from who you are at your core.

We have access to so many tools for self-discovery now: numerology, astrology, Human Design, divine design, and one I’m just beginning to explore deeply myself… name metaphysics.

I don’t even know the exact terminology for it yet, but I started with the letter “S,” and the breakdown alone completely blew my mind with how accurate it felt.

I know these things don’t resonate with everyone, especially depending on how we were raised. But personally, I would never steer you wrong. If you’ve ever felt curious about any metaphysical modality, give yourself permission to explore it.

There’s no harm in expanding your mind for the sake of knowledge.

And if it doesn’t resonate afterward, that’s okay too. But at least allow yourself the experience of exploring.

Because while most of us know who we are on the surface… there are layers beneath that. There’s history, energy, patterns, purpose, gifts, wounds, and truths waiting to be uncovered.

Know yourself beyond survival.
Know yourself beyond your job title.
Know yourself beyond what people projected onto you.

Remember who you are.

As we go into EOG week, I gave Boo (my daughter) a spiritual bath to help cleanse and calm her energetic field. I also had her listen to a guided meditation centered around confidence, focus, and believing in herself as she prepares to take her tests.

As we move through this week of EOG testing, I’m praying for all of our babies. I pray they get good rest, nourishing breakfasts, extra love, patience, and support before they walk into those classrooms.

Remind them that they are smart. Remind them that they are capable. Remind them that one test does not define who they are.

Let them feel that we have their backs, not only physically, but spiritually too. ✨🌀
