We are walking distance from all the amazing restaurants, breweries, and venues downtown; we have two apartments available for out of town artists, and an incredibly versatile space - perfect for whatever your project may be! This album was an absolute BLAST to create! The Settlement is an engineer’s dream band! They came in prepared with a full tank of creative energy. They knew exactly what they wanted, and yet were open to fresh ideas. They all crashed in the air bnbs, so there were no life distractions, and we could work in the middle of the night if someone caught a crazy burst of creativity… so happy to see this one complete, though we will miss them… hopefully they’ll be ready for round 2 soon!?!? Congrats y’all!

We woke up this morning to find the masters in our inbox! We want to give a huge shoutout and many thanks to Bill Stevens and Dave McNair. Y’all crushed it. Thank you for everything! ❤️
