📓 Take 10-15 minutes to answer these journal prompts in isolation, preferably in nature. Before you begin, take 10 deep breaths to center your energy from your busy day.

🔑 The key is to be honest with yourself about what your intuition is leading you towards, and away from. I’ve found that once you summon and harness the energy of what lights you up its much easier to put a personal development plan into action.
