I wanted to share a few updates on some things I've been working on over the last few weeks at Explore Media.
New Booking System
Explore Media has implemented a new booking system that provides a much more modern and streamlined experience than the previous booking process.

The new system also includes an automatically generated referral code and personalized referral link that you can share with other Realtors. When someone uses your referral, both you and the person you referred receive 10% off your next order.
The system is currently active and connected to all of my booking and delivery systems, so you can use it for your next listing.
Simply enter the property address and square footage, and you'll be able to view the available photography and video options, including examples of what each service provides. Once you select your primary service, the system will also show available add-ons that you can choose based on the needs of your listing.
What's Coming on the Backend
I've also been working on some new tools that will give Realtors more control over their listing media.
I'm planning to put together a short video walkthrough demonstrating how these features work. Some of the additions include:
1. Profile Selection
Choose between four different photo profiles — Airy, Crisp, Golden, or Deep — and apply them to your entire listing or individual photos.
2. Remove Tool
Use a simple removal brush to remove unwanted items from your photos, such as hoses, trash cans, or other distracting objects.
3. Sky Styles
Create custom hero images using four different sky styles: Twilight, Sunset, Dusk, or Dawn.
These are available for $10 per image, so you can add only the images you need rather than committing to an additional package.
4. Virtual Staging
Generate virtually staged images based on the room and style you select, including Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial, Mid-Century, Luxury, Farmhouse, Coastal, and Standard.
Multi-angle virtual staging is also available. By providing two or more photos of the same room, you can create staged views from multiple angles.
Virtual staging is also $10 per image.
Existing Property Websites
For current customers, your existing property websites will remain on the previous system and will continue to remain active until the property is sold or unlisted.
Explore Media is continuing to look for ways to make the listing process easier for Realtors, provide new and innovative ways to market properties, and give you more flexibility without adding unnecessary cost.
The goal with these changes is simple: save you time, get your listings online faster, and give you more control over your marketing.
Rather than having to go back and forth over simple changes, we're putting more of those creative tools directly in your hands.
