I’m excited to finally say that the new Explore Media website is finished!

It feels good to finally have something that truly reflects the current quality and direction of Explore Media.

First and foremost, I want to thank all of the Realtors who have trusted me with their listings over the past 6 months. When you’re first starting out, you’re caught in that strange place where you need work to build a portfolio, but you need a portfolio to get work. I’ll forever be grateful to those who took a chance on us and allowed us to elevate their listings.

Every decision made at Explore Media is client-facing. From automatic square footage-based pricing and streamlined ordering to bundled services and carefully selected add-ons, every aspect of the experience is designed with one goal in mind: making life easier for busy Realtors.

We believe professional media should be simple, transparent, and stress-free, allowing agents to spend less time managing logistics and more time focusing on their clients. Because at the end of the day, if a process doesn't improve the client experience, it doesn't belong at Explore Media.

Over the next two weeks, we’ll be doing what we do best… exploring 🏔️✈️

I know some of you Realtors have walked into a listing, looked around, and immediately dreaded the look on your photographer's face 😂

Well... today was one of those days.

This bathroom looked like a bomb had gone off in it. Personal items everywhere. Counters overflowing. Definitely not what anyone would call "photo ready."

But I am learning that that's just part of the job.

While we can't work miracles, we can often do a lot to help present a home in its best possible light.

Not long after this shoot, this space was cleaned up and ready to deliver — all done by hand in Lightroom Classic. 26 out of the 30 delivered photos needed some level of correction, with this bathroom being the worst.

Sometimes real estate media isn't about perfection.

It's about solving problems, staying calm, and helping our clients put their best foot forward. 🏡📸

Having a lot of fun experimenting and refining the editing process lately 📸

Starting with five bracketed exposures, I merge them into a single HDR photograph to preserve detail in both the highlights and shadows. From there, I carefully remove distractions, add tasteful virtual staging, and make subtle lighting adjustments to create a more refined, magazine-worthy look.

Technology continues to evolve, and I'm enjoying learning new ways to elevate the presentation while keeping everything elegant, realistic, and true to the home itself.

It's nice to wake up inspired every day.

I've been a little quiet lately, but that's only because I've had my nose to the grindstone.

Over the past few weeks, I've been focused on continuing to improve my craft, learning the ins and outs of a new cinema camera, and working behind the scenes on a brand-new, more advanced website for Explore Media (coming soon!).

I've also had the opportunity to work with some amazing people, including Jessica Meuli with WRA Real Estate, who recently left an incredible review after we worked together on one of her listings. Feedback like that means the world to a small business, and I'm truly grateful for the trust and support.

One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I genuinely love what I do. It's not unusual for my clients to receive a random text, email, or extra social media reel from me on a random evening because I happened to have some downtime and felt inspired to create something new. I don't do it because I have to — I do it for the love of the game.

I'm excited about where Explore Media is headed, and I can't wait to share some of the things I've been working on.

Congratulations to Lisa Bennett on getting this Downtown Winter Garden property under contract in just 6 days!

One of my favorite parts of real estate media is helping agents present a home's full potential online. These images show the progression from the original space, to a decluttered version, and finally a virtually staged presentation designed to help buyers envision what's possible.

All photography, decluttering, and virtual staging were completed by Explore Media. It's always rewarding to work alongside dedicated agents who go the extra mile for their clients 📸
