I’m Jennifer Monje, and welcome to a space where real life meets real glow & where Grit always meets Grace. I created Jennifer Monje Collective to encompass the full scope of my journey and content, beyond just Mary Kay, to inspire, connect, and celebrate growth with women and families everywhere. I’m a Bronx girl at heart living the beautiful Florida life for over 25 years. Proudly Puerto Rican and Italian, I’m a woman of faith, a business owner, and someone who manages life’s daily challenges with a smile. Over the years, I’ve learned that we aren’t just meant to survive, we’re meant to flourish. Professionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and have spent over 25 years in Case Management, most recently in Long Term Care Medicaid. Helping people navigate complex systems and find resources is my passion. I love being a guide when life gets complicated. Simultaneously, I’ve been running my Mary Kay business for over 12 years, helping both women & men carve out those five precious minutes of self-care we all need. I’m also stepping into a new season of “becoming”. After decades in the high-accountability corporate world, I’ve decided to fully embrace my content journey, sharing inspiration, wins, and life lessons with a growing community.

On the personal side: I’ve been married for 25 years and am blessed with a family that lights up my life:
• Three children: Son, 33; Daughter, 24; Daughter, 14
• Step-daughter: 30 years old
• Grandchildren: Granddaughter, 9; Grandson, 18 months
• Nephew & Niece: Titi’s sunshine, nephew is 4, & my niece will be 3 months on the 28th. I was honored to witness her birth with my nephew and my sister’s husband, a moment I’ll never forget. Here, you’ll find inspiration, connection, and a community that values loyalty, authenticity, and growth. I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
