☀️ Summer → Hydration & cooling become vital for energy + skin.
🍂 Fall → Immune system needs extra support as temps shift.
❄️ Winter → Joints ache, digestion slows, and coziness calls.

✨ Tips for you and your pets:

Add seasonal herbs → like nettle in spring, mint in summer, turmeric in fall, and warming ginger in winter.

Adjust movement → more water play in summer, gentler walks in winter.

Match self-care & pet-care → when you take seasonal foods and rest, your pets benefit from your balanced energy.

Soft classical, acoustic guitar, or reggae often work best.
