Silent heart attack a heart attack in general is no joke and symptoms are real. I’m 49 overall healthy and three weeks ago had my first heart attack. Sorry I have been MIA but have been in and out of the hospital.

Love you all. Thank you for all the love and support I’ve received from you all so far. Hope to be back up and running soon. However, I do have a bunch of foreseeable procedures in the future right now we’re just taking one day at a time. Be grateful for every day you have.
