Wins and losses don’t matter when you really love the game.

Everybody wants to win, but real love shows up in the loss. When you get knocked down and still want to run it back…that’s the difference. That willingness to find a new way, try something different, and keep going? That’s passion.

After almost 10 years in roofing, I can finally say it:
I love what I do.
Sometimes I’ll catch myself mid-conversation breaking down roof systems like a coach on game day and I don’t even know where it’s coming from! 😂 That’s how I know I’m locked in.

You can’t outwork someone who lives this.
I’m not in it for the check. I’m in it because it’s part of who I am. And while some chase being the “big dog” and flame out (you’ve seen the mugshots…), I’ll be here. Still learning. Still growing. Still building roofs the right way.

It might take me longer, but I’m enjoying every step.
