It's officially summertime here in the south and it's road trip season! ๐Ÿค˜

I've been running up and down I65 keeping the road pretty hot and the other week, I stumbled upon this cool travel stop in Cornersville, TN. I thought I'd share it with ya'll in case some of you made it down this way.

The A3 - Association for Advancing Automation Automate Show was an amazing experience this year, not just because I had the absolute privilege of hosting Automate Live, but also because I had a chance to connect with several companies on the show floor and take a look at what makes manufacturing exciting for the next generation of manufacturers.

In this clip from a mini interview captured live from the floor with Joe Baldiga of FANUC America Corporation, we talked about how manufacturing is offering competitive careers with sustainability and longevity. To Joe's credit, he does an excellent job of showcasing career pathing and what that looks like from a step-by-step perspective and the importance of taking the time to younger generations of the workforce. It's not enough to tell the next generation of the workforce to "get that bag." As Joe demonstrates, the key is to explain ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ.
