CinemAddicts co-host is a stickler when it comes to comedies, so his praise for does not fall on unnoticed. I will be watching Bad Shabbos this weekend to offer up my two cents. Purkey credited the talented ensemble and the “throwback” comedy as reasons why is a “pretty great” date night movie. I listen to Wu-Tang Clan’s “Method Man” on the stairmaster at least 4 times a week, so at the very least I owe some movie attention as well. Feature also stars , and , actors I also love. Looking forward to seeing Jon Bass & Meghan Leathers for the 1st time. Theo Taplitz was terrific in Ira Sachs’ underrated Little Men. Actually I should stop writing and watch Bad Shabbos right now! Attended yesterday’s preview over at Netflix. Will be posting video (the clips that are not too shaky) next week when embargo is lifted. I even got a question in towards the end of the Q&A (I need to ask more questions at these events & overcome my laziness!). Looking forward to this film when it hits Netflix in November.

Dangerous Animals and Lemonade Blessing are two films that deserve a closer look this week. and I recommend , a shark/serial killer/survive at all costs thriller starring & Josh Heuston (). Thanks to both for the 🎙 - check the movie out starting June 6. Over at you can see the coming of age Catholic high school set Lemonade Blessing, a movie both Bruce and Eric Holmes adored. Bruce praised the film’s honesty amidst the comedy, so I am looking forward to seeing this movie as well. Unfortunately I mispronounced director Chris Merola’s () name several times this week on the , so apologies 4 being a dunce. Dead Mail is our top CinemAddicts Movie Pick of the week. All three of us love this indie horror/retro/thriller/mystery. Feature debuts today on and . Co-host says delivers a “fantastic” performance, and that imo also applies to Sterling Macer Jr. and Tomas Boykin. With the glut of Film and TV projects at our disposal, it is rare for tales (at least for me) to leave an indelible mark, and had me reasses my love for neapolitan ice cream, terriyaki chicken, and synth music! Supporting is our passion at CinemAddicts, and it’s great to find absolute gems that are worth discussing in perpetuity.
