I love history ❤️ Geoff and I took a beautiful drive yesterday out to off of Hwy 165 in Rye, CO. It was amazing. Jim Bishop started building this castle 60 years ago with his own two hands using rocks from his property. It’s definitely an experience. If you get a chance, stop by and tour the castle: it’s free to the public and they accept donations.

Have you heard of Oxalates? Me either until I read this book and learned about them from my friend who’s a Functional Medical practitioner/Health Coach. Geoff and I changed our diet to a low Oxalates diet over the last 3-4 weeks and I released 5 pnds and he released 10 pnds. We both feel healthier and feel good about our new conscious eating habits. Just wanted to share 🥰🙏

Geoff and I went to for our ski vacation. It was beautiful with fresh powder, sunny most days, and the hot tub to finish a day of skiing ⛷️. To top off our stay, our last night it ended with fireworks 🎆
