The victim of the attack, who is believed to be a 66-year-old man, remains in critical condition at a local hospital, according to police records.

Randy Blevins, 50, was arrested late Saturday night for his alleged involvement with the Pikes Peak Cog Railway attack on Aug. 16. The victim has been identified as a 66-year-old man.
