PLEASE HELP ONE OF OUR MOUNTAIN DOGZ CUSTOMERS.
Ed O’Keefe, a Marine veteran, has long been a familiar and friendly presence in Woodland Park. Alongside his loyal companion, Murphy, Ed is known throughout the community—especially by the staff and customers at Wendy’s—for his kindness, warm spirit, and genuine friendship.
Saturday morning, Ed was involved in a serious accident near Highway 24 and 26th Street. Tragically, his truck was completely destroyed. For Ed, this wasn't just a vehicle—it was his home. With the loss of his truck, both Ed and Murphy are now without shelter, and Ed is also facing medical expenses as he recovers from his injuries.
Despite the challenges he has faced, Ed has always been grateful for the support and kindness of those around him. Now, he and Murphy need our help.
🌭🍔 STOP BY MOUNTAIN DOGZ ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17 AS WE RAISE FUNDS FOR ED & MURPHY. THIS WILL BE A "PAY WHAT YOU CAN" DAY WITH MONEY GOING TO THIS VETERAN.
Please consider supporting a veteran in need. Your generosity will help Ed and Murphy take the first steps toward stability and recovery, and it will show the strength and compassion of the Woodland Park community.
