Her name is Yari, and, when she was 15, her parents opened — and she designed *every burger on the menu* (plus the best-selling, Latin American-inspired street fries).

Today, she runs the front of house, serves customers, writes new menus and even bakes the desserts…

…with occasional help from her high school sweetheart, Bryan (and her mom, Angeles). 🥰

Italian-Japanese restaurant just got an ENTIRELY NEW MENU🍜🥩🍝🥟🥖🍣🇯🇵🇮🇹

And the unique fusion dishes are fantastic.

This New Jersey restaurant serves you sushi ON TRAINS!!!🚂🍣🥰🥢🎏🍱🤩

The unique spot is called , and it features a central track that runs through the dining room carrying:

- gourmet rolls
- nigiri
- edamame
- & desserts

And, as for the quality of the food? Delicious.

In addition to the items on the train, I suggest requesting an order of the toro nigiri and spicy tuna crispy rice (a fan favorite), because both are top-notch.

3. Tell the Grinch what you want 🍕 🍅 🍗 🍴

So, while Santa may bring you toys? The Grinch will bring you garlic knots, chicken vodka parm and cheesy pepperoni pies — which are totally better.
