Here's another story I put together from various sources I can hardly recall. Noir, of course. An old boss who sent me off with a friend from out of town, "show her around far from the office and take the rest of the day off." Couples that I never understood what they were doing together. Some old photos of people I never knew, memories of places I'd never been. (I don't know how that works but it's what it is.)

What's it about? Boy meets girl, gets girl, tries to lose her, can absolutely live without her, often wishes he did, but...well...she's got something. Him, for one. And he's got her. Bad.
