Farm Wife Point of View: Fall Harvest 🌽🍂

Fall harvest isn’t just a season - - it’s a heartbeat here on the farm.

The long days, the dust in the air, the steady hum of the combine in the distance… they all become the soundtrack of September & .

From the farm wife’s seat, harvest means juggling it all:
Preparing hearty meals, hauling grandkids along for combine rides, keeping the laundry tumbling and coffee pots full, while the sun slips down faster each evening.
It’s a season where time feels short, yet memories run long.

There’s beauty tucked in between the busyness - - golden sunsets over cut fields, thermoses of chili shared on the tailgate, the laughter of grandkids, and the quiet prayers whispered for safety until the last load is hauled in.

Yes, it’s work. Yes, it’s weariness. But it’s also gratitude.
