Celebrating the Retirement of Ken Warner & Paul Daiber

After nearly 40 years of dedicated service, we proudly recognize the retirement of two outstanding team members — Ken Warner and Paul Daiber — who have been part of Wooster Products since 1986.

Throughout their remarkable careers, Ken and Paul have played an essential role in advancing our mission to make the world a safer place — one stair tread, nosing, and walkway product at a time. Their dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork has left a lasting mark on our company and the customers we serve.

Ken worked in virtually every department over his 39 years with us and became the go-to person for just about anything. As one colleague put it: “I wish we could keep him for another 10 years . You hate to see a guy like him leave a place!”

Paul, also with 39 years under his belt, was a true “Swiss Army knife” — always ready to step in where needed, most recently crafting ready-made samples for our clients. His versatility and dedication will be deeply missed by all who worked with him.

We are incredibly grateful for their years of service and leadership. Ken and Paul have truly set the standard and helped pave the way — quite literally — for safer steps across the country.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women and their families who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom. We are forever grateful. The land of the free, because of the brave.
At Wooster Products, we’re proud of our own contributions to our nation’s history. During World War II (1939–1945), we put our casting skills to work, manufacturing aircraft parts in support of the war effort. Our expertise in metal molding and trim not only aided the cause but also helped strengthen our foundation as a company.
Today, we pause to reflect, to remember, and to say thank you to those who served and those who continue to serve.
