🚨 BREAKING IN WORCESTER 🚨
The Worcester County Courthouse on Main Street was evacuated late Monday morning after an incident inside the building.
Witnesses reported seeing authorities cover what appeared to be a body as Massachusetts State Police CPAC took over the investigation.

The courthouse remained closed through the afternoon while police secured the scene.

🚨 Worcester Police Arrest 19-Year-Old for Illegal Firearm 🚨

On Saturday night, officers pulled over a car on Plantation St. after learning the registered owner had a suspended license. Inside, they found Luis Muniz, 19, acting nervously. A frisk revealed a loaded firearm in his waistband.

Muniz now faces felony charges for Carrying a Firearm Without a License and Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without a License. None of the car’s occupants had valid firearm licenses, and the driver was also arrested for operating with a suspended license.

This case highlights Worcester’s ongoing battle against illegal guns — and the importance of youth making safer choices.
