Of all the crazy travel we do, my favorite moments are still the ones where I get to pull off a surprise for Amanda. This one might be my all-time favorite.

The whole plan was a setup for a single moment. I found a loophole that turned a simple free room offer at Mohegan Sun into their $5,000 Presidential Suite for only $142, but the real challenge was keeping it a secret. I even skipped the VIP check-in and used a kiosk so she wouldn't suspect a thing.

Because the suite wasn't the prize. Her reaction was the real jackpot.

She’s flying. I’m taking over six hours of First Class train bliss — which still costs less than “extra legroom” on most airlines. 🚄💺

booked us a wild ride—summer bobsledding with wheels! 🛷
Way more intense than it looked (seriously, we hit some Gs), but such a blast.
And yes… we even got official certificates at the end. 😂🏅

Imagine taking a cheap cruise only to have brown liquid backing up in your room 💩 or a man walks into your room at 5am while you are asleep. These things really happened on my two cheap cruises with MSC, but that won’t stop my from trying them one more time! 🙈
