I made some tasty lasagna last week and it was pretty good but I definitely have some takeaways for next time I make Lasagna, to improve:

I need AT LEAST 8 cups of cheese, not 4 cups.

Use BOTH ground beef AND Italian sausage, not just ground beef.

Use a CHUNKY red sauce, not a smooth one. (about 60oz, bc more is better than less)
