After cooking a pot of rice, I was surprised to see many grains standing upright instead of lying horizontally as usual. The pot of rice looked like it had tiny spikes growing on it. I want to know what caused the rice to take on that shape and whether it's perfectly normal to eat.

Yesterday I was metal detecting down a random back road and dug up this rusty little thing… now I’m convinced I either found an antique tool, a medieval dart, or the world’s angriest screwdriver. 😂
Seriously though… does anybody actually know what this is? Because right now my best guess is “something that definitely gave someone tetanus in 1947.” 👇

While organizing a tool collection my dad has, I came across a metal object whose purpose I couldn't identify. It had a smooth surface, unlike a sharpening rod. The shape of the metal rod kept making me wonder about its actual use. Does anyone know what it is?

Yesterday, at lunchtime, my wife and I went to a restaurant and ordered a hot dog. When the waiter brought the food, we noticed that the end of the hot dog looked like a toe. It was a really strange-looking hot dog.
