Surrounding the release of its major-label album, Dirty Wake, Collapsis toured relentlessly on the East Coast and into the Midwest in the first half of the year 2000.
The band always did very well in Boston, and played several memorable shows at TT The Bear's in Cambridge (TT The Bear's Place 1973-2015). Also, the guys had strong ties in that area with Chris having lived there, Scott having recorded at Fort Apache with Dillon Fence, etc. The band also made fast friends with other Boston-area bands, including The Wine Field, with whom they toured pretty extensively.
Along the way, there were a lot of promotional stops at radio stations, record stores, media outlets' offices and studios, etc. This in-studio, acoustic version of Tell Me Everything is taken from a 20-plus minute afternoon radio show recorded on March 16, 2000, at the legendary WFNX Radio's studios in nearby Lynn, Mass., on the afternoon of a show at TT's.
