Joe Seme graduated from Florida State University with a degree in English, and a focus on American Literature and Creative Writing. He has published numerous magazine articles and short stories. T"ales From Crooked Creek" is Mr. Seme’s second book. His first memoir, "A Short Season with Ernie" is about his grandfather who was a former major league ballplayer.
Joe is also a successful artist. His paintings can be found in art collections, both private and corporate, world-wide. His work has been featured on the covers of numerous magazines, in countless publications including American Artist, Today’s Art, Wildlife in North Carolina, Chesapeake Travel and Leisure, Ducks Unlimited Magazine, Town and Country, SALT Magazine, and many others. He lives on a salt marsh on Crooked Creek in Wilmington, North Carolina.
